Moving on... is owned and managed by James Hogg FNAEA (Fellow of the National
Association of Estate Agents). James has over 30 years experience and is well
qualified within the property sector having been an independent Estate Agent,
running his own business for much of this time.

With a complete understanding of the entire Estate Agent sector, over the
years James realised that there were several gaps in the market when catering
for the needs of people wanting that little bit more advice or help along the
way. This could be either before or during exchanges of property or perhaps
helping to sell property, or simply giving thorough and qualified advice.
Therefore he decided to start Moving on...

Born in Bury St Edmunds and married with three grown-up boys, James has
operated within the local area during his career and hence is very well connected. He certainly has the
experience and professionalism to help people throughout East Anglia and beyond. James is a highly
personable man, indeed many people comment on just how well they get on with him. His advice is
communicated in a down to earth style to ensure clients can completely understand every
possible aspect.
